Founded in 2000 as a response to major labels, industry practices and to embrace the Internet. Our record deals are partnerships one record at a time. We offer full record deals and distribution deals to artists.
As a member of the 1st Amendment Music Management Group, we are a one stop record label. We have all our resources in house or have partnerships with other music companies in order to better serve our artists and to ensure payment is collected and distributed to our artists without the "red tape" that major labels are known for.
1st Amendment Records does not get paid until artists are paid.
